A business operator
with a builder’s mindset.

I’ve spent my career close to the work: coordinating customer projects, managing financial workflows, helping teams adopt software, and fixing the processes that slow them down.

Since joining O’Neal Jr. Roofing in 2016, I’ve supported company revenue growth of more than 250% through business systems implementation and daily operations. As Vice President, I built and deployed Roof Verify with AI assistance, consolidated our CRMs, and trained the team. My financial work includes cost audits, forecasting, and vendor pricing reviews.

I’m interested in bringing that combination to a new industry—particularly in business operations, technology implementation, customer onboarding, or business systems.

Roof Verify

Connecting the work
from first call to final payment.

I created Roof Verify to keep customer information and the work around each job connected. I wanted a system shaped around how our team works, bringing sales, estimating, production, and billing into a shared workspace.

Sales & estimating

Manage customers and sales appointments, measure roofs and create takeoffs, build estimates from pricing templates, and generate proposals with the job information close at hand.

Project operations

Schedule jobs and crews, order materials and work, organize project files, and track permits. Keep the details needed to move a job forward in the same workspace.

Communications & billing

Manage calls, emails, and texts alongside customer records. Create invoices, collect payments, and review backlog, outstanding balances, and unbilled work through the dashboard.

Cost reduction

Approximately 60% lower recurring software costs after replacing CRM subscriptions with Roof Verify, including hosting, related services, and the full AI development subscription.

One reliable CRM

Brought customer and project records from Roofr and Proline into Roof Verify, using record reconciliation, project spot checks, and CSV review to validate the imported data.

Earlier work: improving estimate turnaround

Before creating Roof Verify, I implemented roof measurement and quoting software to shorten the path from inspection to proposal. I configured pricing and estimate templates, migrated customer data, trained users, and documented procedures.

Result: an estimated 73% reduction in post-inspection estimate turnaround.*

Bringing legacy email into Gmail

Built a forwarding server that routes AOL email into Gmail, helping the company transition from a legacy email account to a business email suite.

Support business growth by leading scheduling, purchasing, billing, and customer workflows. Audit estimated versus actual project costs, identify labor and material pricing variances, update estimating templates, recover supplier overcharges, and compare vendor pricing.

Prepare monthly revenue and expense forecasts and quarterly estimated tax calculations, reviewing projections with the accountant quarterly to inform purchasing, cash management, and year-end planning.

Own business software selection, configuration, rollout, training, and support. Built and deployed Roof Verify, combining business requirements with AI-assisted development and API integrations to reduce recurring software costs by approximately 60%.
